About Me

 

My name is Nichole, and wellness has been a lifelong passion of mine. During my undergraduate years, I focused on studying motivation, change, and the creation of new habits. My studies later expanded to include group training, personal training, and behavioral change for health. Currently, I am pursuing a 200-hour yoga training certification with Janet Stone Yoga in San Francisco.

A Personal Journey: Life has been my greatest teacher. Out of necessity, I learned to build healthy habits and make meaningful changes to create a healthier version of myself. Overcoming these struggles through proactive effort has given me deep insight into how challenging, yet transformational, change can be.

The Power of Habits & Neuroplasticity. At the heart of my work are the principles of healthy habits and neuroplasticity. Rewiring your brain and adopting new behaviors is a proven process that requires commitment, consistency, and patience. It starts small-just five minutes a day. With daily dedication and the right support, you can create lasting change.

My Mission: I have tried and tested countless approaches and now guide others on their wellness journey. My program is for anyone ready to embrace change-at their own pace. Change is not rushed; it’s cultivated.
